I would just like to recommend a product called Displex Display Polish. It's marketed for mobile 'phones but I thought I'd buy it to clean up the plastic 'window' in front of the gauges, which in my car was pretty badly scratched all along the bottom. I am very pleased with the results:

If anything these photos don't convey just how big the improvement is - the guage area looks brand new, really cleans things up:

I've just tried BRASSO wadding polish thats for metal and that takes out all the scratches from plastic to.

Thats what I use and it seems to work very well.

What doesn't work is using kitchen roll to clean perspex. It scratches the surface a treat. [:mad:]
