I have a 2003 MY C4 with climate control.
Problem-
Intermittent failure of temperature flap to switch to delivering air conditioned air.
Durametric and PST both say failure of temperature flap valve motor.
What I've done already -
Air-con checked and re-charged and found to be working fine.
Replaced temperature flap valve motor
Checked free movement of temperature flap
Lubricated all pivots of connecting arms from motor to flap
Checked electrical connector
If I zip the temperature up to high, then back to low and back a couple of times it seems to put things back on track, but not always, resulting in some rather hot journeys when all incoming air is directed past the heat exchanger!!!
Anybody got any other ideas to solve this irritating problem?[&o]
