Not seen it, but there's a good faq on how tricky the clock is to repair.

For that price it's worth one of us having a go, top man for volunteering, Dave, take lots of pics! [;)]
 
I bought one of these kits earlier this year.
Mark is excellent to deal with - i found it on rennlist.

The kit itself is just the LCD, the bulb is a LED replacement for the orignal bulb. TBH, i dodnt like the LED bulb as it made my clock look really modern, not keeping with the age of the car.

The LCD replacement is a bit fiddly, but Mark supplies instructions with pictures. I had it up and running in about two hours (and i work very slowly). I was really proud that i had repaired the clock, rather than throw big money away and buy a new complete module.

Go for it and if you get stuck, i can give you advice. Its worth it......
 
Have bought half a dozen so will get the camera out! Will get rid of the stockpile of broken clocks as well!
