Clock light..

Right thats me now got a clock light fitted...

A couple of points...

NEVER in a million years can you change the light by just removing the glovebox, NEVER its not possible.

I took the trims off to discover that some numpty has broken the fan speed knob and the piece of trim that slides under the heater unit (they glued them both back on!!!). Must have been dumb and dumber that took it off in the first place, so now i need a new fan speed knob at minimum!!

But hey, i have an Amber clock to look at, wonder how long it will last!!!!

I discovered that that trim was broken in both my cars when I swapped the clock across between them.

Anyone got one that isn't broken?[8D]

That reminds me behind the glove box above the ECU's I have a round threaded lid (like the top of an oil container but dangling down) Anyone know what that is for?

Both mine are fine [;)] But only because I replaced the bits I broke when I did the clock bulb in the S2 with new ones [8|] I _swear_ I was being careful - they just crumbled in my hands!

I see from your avatar that youve got some decent wheels at last.

I think it might need the alignment checked...
