Hi all, Joined the club very late last month (30th) & am wanting to come to the regional meet. Am I right that it is this coming Monday? (1st)
Very much looking forward to attending.

Kind regards, Kevin.

Hi Kevin
Yes Monday the 1st August at The Coopers Arms Weston on Trent form 7, about 8 we have a meeting upstairs. Introduce yourself to me if I do not spot you.
Regards Tom

Look forward to meeting you Kevin, I joined this month.
Tom, will also indroduce myself and wife to you.
Regards Howard & Sue

Just a quick question regarding the meet. My two children have expressed an interest in coming along (11 & 13) Is this ok?

Enjoyed the meet last night & thank you for the warm welcome. I was mortified about the car getting wet though. It is now sat in the garage, heaters on, all doors, boot, bonnet open to dry it out.
I will definitely be attending again next month.

Many thanks & kind regards, Kevin & Helen Frost.

The best way to enjoy your Porsche is to drive it. You can always clean it afterwards. [;)][strike][/strike]

I do not have a garage, my cars are outside all year round, they come to no harm.

I am certainly doing a lot of that at the moment :) Because it's old (1983) I think I need to cherish it a little more. I went through the Carcoon/never taking it out phase with my old RS. Not with the 911 though as I plan to use it as much as possible as it is a totally different car & one that I am really enjoying :)

Was nice to meet you both yesterday. Glad you enjoyed the evening. Hopefully the weather will be better next time.

Was nice to meet everyone yesterday, pity about the weather.
It was an experience driving home to near Melton Mowbray in the wet, had a slight twitch coming out of an roundabout.
Not used to rear wheel drive.
Look forward to next month.

Hi guys,

I've just joined the club (signed up at Silverstone Classic so don't have my membership details yet).
I'm going to be ordering a new 718 Cayman soon, hoping to get it for the new registration in March (a 17 plate). I know I've joined the club early but Chris (Membership Secretary) twisted my arm.
I'll obviously start coming along when I've got the 718 but just wondering if you'd let me attend with my current car, a MINI Cooper SD?
Look forward to meeting you all soon.

Richard.

Richard

Once you've placed your order for the 718 you can attend meetings,............... just joking, [:D] you'll be very welcome whenever.

David
