Club meeting 13th January

Those frustrated by tyre pressure senders which have failed, like mine, can get the system sidelined whilst making up ones mind what to do. All four senders have to be changed at the same time as they come in sets I am told. The cost is around £700 plus removal and refitting of tyres, not a good idea once bedded in. If the senders are not repaired the information 'window' in the dash will only advise there is a problem, non of the other information will read. There might be an MOT issue here.
Ninemeister fixed the problem by isolating the tyre pressure monitoring system leaving all the other stuff working OK. When I get new tyres I can decide if I want the system rebooted, a simple task according to N9.
It maybe that the above is well known. I cannot be the first to face the problem, but thought it worth the mention.
Dry sunny weather. Very good to have a Porsche!
Regards to all,
