Welcome ......... we try have a Fatboys East London meet third Saturday and an East London Xmas Curry, together with meetings at Brands Hatch with Kent Region 25 ... so visit both Forums .... also 14th June show your car at Bromley Pageant FREE! ... go to the General Forum for details of Bromley .....

And then there's Essex - R11. We meet every second Tuesday of the month + other gatherings.

Subject to your address your details will be sent to your local Regional Organiser who will be in touch with you. You don't have to go to that region exclusively if you also enjoy what is going on in other regions.

Welcome, I've updated your forum status to "member".

I get a monthly update of new Register members. If you miss that month's posting by a day it will seem a long time before you hear from me, but it will be worth the wait! [:)]

As John said, there's no hard and fast rules about regions. Feel free to attend any event you want, just go where you like the people. I'd certainly go to Essex if I was nearer. London region is great, the Ace Cafe is a fantastic venue but the Saturdays are out for me. Chiltern is my usual haunt, but I'm moving nearer the Thames Valley region and so will try that as well.

Above all, you get out of a Club what you put in. Introduce yourself to people and they'll make you very welcome. The next major Register event is Blenheim Palace, where every 944 owner will be proudly displaying their cars. Well, probably not all, but all the usual suspects will be there.

Hi Jason, welcome on board [:)]

It can take months for fresh paint to cure fuly and reach it's full hardness so I would hold off a valet as long as you can. When you do, make sure to be gentle on the panels that have been painted (or tell your valeter) fresh paint is so much easier to scratch than well cured factory paint.
