[FONT=segoe ui, sans-serif"]Just a reminder that it's club night next Wednesday the 8th July 15. Coming up to one of the Region's main events of the season. Kimbolton. I know many of you will have attended previously but for those newcomers I have listed chapter and verse below. All you need to do in order to have a great day at this beautiful location is inform me you would like to join us.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=segoe ui, sans-serif"]either email or see you at next Club night.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Kimbolton Country Fayre and Classic car Show Sunday - 12th July 15
Many of you will know this is one of the Regions favourite shows on the events calendar each year. This show has grown over the years and is more than just a gathering of cars. Further details can be found at http://kimboltoncountryfayre.com/
From the Regions point of view this is one of our largest displays of cars and brings to you lots of different elements:-

Regional Porsche Stand. An area for approx fifty cars in the splendid Grounds of Kimbolton Castle.

Regional Concours All cars that attend are entered into the Regional Concours. This year we have changed the years of the classes in order to shorten the 2000 onward field. Further details will be disclosed at Club night. As ever you will be the judges. Quite simply you pick the cars you think are first, second and third in class. We total up the votes and the winners walk off with trophies whilst runners up will not go home empty handed.

The Annual Banquet[FONT=segoe ui, sans-serif"]. This has grown over many years from people sharing sandwiches to the current day where everyone attending brings a plate to share. [FONT=verdana, geneva"]
This plate can be whatever you fancy, sweet or savory (many bring along their favourite dish) When our Banquet table is assembled this is the envy of many other clubs attending. Your Region will supply paper plates and plastic knife fork and spoons, (bring you own if you wish) and don't forget to bring you own drinks.

The Event. The event is organised by the Sporting Bears. Approximately fifty car Clubs attend, a main ring with something going on throughout the day visit the castle and the many craft and trade outlets to look around. Also Dream rides for the Sporting Bears charity. This event really does have something for all the family so a lot more than just a car show.

Booking[FONT=segoe ui, sans-serif"]. We have limited space and Regional members take priority. However, due to limited space you need to book either at Club night or via e mail. [FONT=verdana, geneva"]I have reduced price entry tickets which I will have at July club night[FONT=segoe ui, sans-serif"]. Due to the number of cars attending from numerous other car clubs may I suggest that you turn up early (Health and Safety dictates that all cars must be on club stands by 10.30) turning up late can see you in a long que to enter the Castle Grounds. Please email me if you are from another Region and wish to attend. Please note only pre booked Porsche members cars will be permitted onto the Club Stand. [FONT=verdana, geneva"]

We look forward to seeing you next Wednesday

Enjoy your cars and Club
