clubsport front spoiler, where does it fit?

Hi, I am going from small spoilers to large spoiler pack. Quick question on the front spoiler, i.e the rubber small lip that fits under the the whole centre, left and right sections with the metal bomerang reinforcement plate. Where does it go? I have seen cars with it set back under the bumper and some with it right on the leading edge. Help appreciated!

Does anyone know if the little metal bridging bracket between the centre and side spoiler fits under the tab or on top of it? Any picture appreciated!
