Clutch judder

If have recently bought a carrera s and it has an awful lot of clutch judder in reverse at low revs, in first it isn't as bad, this doesn't change when the car is hot, increasing the revs cures the judder, there is no clutch slip and the clutch had been replaced about two thousand miles ago.
Any ideas
 
Inferior replacement parts fitted, contaminated friction surfaces, warped flywheel/pressure plate faces or maybe just defective or absent engine/gearbox mountings.

The garage i bought it from should sort It?

Do your think i am going to have to pay? I have only owned the car three weeks.
