Clutch Master Cylinder Stroke

Hi,

My first post here. I hope someone can help me out.

Can anyone tell me the maximum stroke of the clutch master cylinder for a (1977-1982) 924?

Perhaps someone has a spare one that they can measure?

I am thinking about using this master cylinder for a car I''m building. It looks like it would be a great fit, but I want to make sure the stroke is adequate. It looks like this same M/C is used on several other models as well; here is a list:

77-82 924
87-88 924s
78-82 928
83-84 928s
83-90 944
87-88 944s
89-91 944s2

Thanks,

Jeff

Well it certainly wasn't used on the 924 2.0 litre as that had a cable clutch from 77 on. As luck has it I have a brand new M/C that I will dig out and measure the stroke of.

Very much appreciated. Looking forward to your post.

Thanks,

Jeff
