clutch

Could anybody help and give me advice regarding changing a new clutch? I went to Main Dealer and they charge over £1000 and have a quote from the Porscheshop and is only £528. Please could anybody give me advice is Porscheshop good or not? Are they using geniue parts? I don't want to lose my warranty. [8|]
