Cobalt Blue 996 with GT3 kit

Hi

I have been looking at this car for sale for a while now and wondered if anyone on here has ever owned it?

Present owner bought it June / July ish 2007.

Has 108,000 on the clock and had RMS done 2 years ago along with new discs etc.

Any other things to watch with the 3.4??? I know they say these are more problematic, any other things to check???
