C2S GT Silver/Ocean Blue leather.

After meeting with Tom and Anne from Paintshield at the Porsche Festival I made a late decision to have the 3M film fitted to the front bumper which, because of the bank holiday meant some juggling of schedules by both Paintshield and Sutton Coldfield OPC to have this work completed prior to collection. The fitted film is only visible on close inspection and I have no hesitation in recommending Paintshield to anyone considering this.

After following detailing discussions on mostly US based forums I decided to polish the paint using Zaino products. This treatment has to be applied direct to the paint so I asked that the pre delivery prep be limited to just washing, the intention being to get the car home and immediately shampoo and polish. Unfortunately I was unable to do this because the paint protective film adhesive needs to cure for a week before being exposed to shampoo. So now the car is confined to my garage, still after waiting two years what's another few days.
