Color - Any other out there

Franck

New member
Hi,

My SC is Arrow blue (code 305) and I have done a lot of research on this particular colour to try and find out how many where produced. To date, I have only managed to find 1 other original arrow blue SC in Europe + 1 sc Targa who had started life in other shade but was resprayed in Arrow blue.

Does any one know of other Arrow blue SCs in the UK (or even abroad) ?

Thanks

FXM

As you probably know Franck Arrow Blue appears first in '76 but is strangely uncommon, there isn't another car on the SC Register although there may be others in the country outside of the club. Contact Porsche and see if they can help .

You won't find many more mate, I've been borderline obsessed with 911's for well over 30 years and yours is the first one I've ever seen.

It's wicked [;)]

Thanks for the answers,

I did get in touch with Porsche several times (who were very helpfull by the way) and apparently only two SC in Arrow blue were sold in Europe in 1980 (year of mine). I have always thought that this could not be real but the more I research into it and the more it would indeed seem that it is a very rare color.

Cool colour, from your picture looks like a slightly 'bluer' version of the Gulf racing colours of the 1970's - Prehaps an orange stripe is in order[:D]
