Hi all
The trip-computer display at the bottom of the rev-counter dial on my C4S is no longer illuminated from behind, so I can only see the numbers (speed, mpg, temp etc) if I look carefully in a good light.
I took her to my indie this AM. He removed the steering wheel, pulled out the dial and checked the bulb. Bulb blown.
He replaced the bulb. No luck. Checked the new bulb - continuity OK. Checked fuses - OK.
There appears to be a small burn mark on the inside of the dial housing going back behind the PCB.
I called Reap Automotive Design. Apparently there's a tiny transistor that can blow causing the problem. Unfortunately Reap are unable to help.
Does anyone know who I could contact for repair or replacement?
Many thanks
Matthew
