Coolant leak... Unscrewed bolt on water pump...

Hello! I've a coolant leak! I chucked some of that uv liquid in it and it seems to me coming from the water pump housing (I think)

There's a bolt that looks to be loose which is probably a big part of the problem... It's an absolute £#+ to get to as its behind the plastic that covers the cam/balance belts.
I guess the question is...

- can you remove the plastic cam/balance shaft belts without taking the belts off to tighten the bolt?

I know the seal is probably knackered and I'd have to replace it on the water pump but I'd like to try tightening it up first to see without taking everything off!

It's the really clean bolt right in the middle of the photo! Steam cleaned I guess!

I can't see the bolt you mean in the picture but there are two 'layers' of belt cover, one in front of the belts and one behind. The water pump sits behind the back 'layer', which needs to be removed to access it. And to get that off you need to get both cam and balance belt off, and (I think) remove the belt pulley from the end of the crankshaft as well.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I thought that may be the case! I'll see if I can get the bolt done back up before I go down that way!
