You just need to watch it over a period of time & get used to your own car's foibles.
otoh if it's losing water constantly & overheating there may be a problem.

I would suggest you monitor very carefully. Check under car after a run see if there is any leakage. Check around your hoses .
It would definitly be worth asking your local garage to do a `leak down test' where they pressureize your coolant system via the top up cap and check for pressure leakage .
Keep an eye on your temp which should hardly ever rise above the first mark this weather.
If you have a leak it could be due to lots of things including leaking hoses, heater matrix, radiator, faulty rad cap and possibly head gasket which would cause the coolant system to over-pressurize and force water out of the filler cap overflow pipe.
Might be worth fitting a small plastic container on the end of the tube see if it collects any water.Check your exhaust after starting from cold if there is a lot of white smoke it could indicate a head gasket problem

I've got a pinhole in a hose that you'd never find when cold, but when hot sqirts water out nicely. Also had a leak that never hit the floor as it gathered on the undertray and flew off when moving, so be aware that you might have to look hard for a small leak!
I tried it and I have never had to top up again. That was best part of a year ago.
