rust at the top of the windscreen where the roof meets and rubs against the paintwork, the car is a 98s but still has a month of OPC warranty because it was bought used from them, they are refusing to do it, what can i do? or who can i take the matter with further? any threats i could use? i'm stuck!!! its glasgow OPC.

Go to Edinburgh OPC, and explain the situation.....same company (Sytners) but polar opposites in terms of customer service

should this not be covered under the 10yr anti-corrosion warranty? Bodywork isn't covered in the extended warranty.

When I thought I had problems with my old boxster's bodywork Colchester were straight onto it. As it turned out i'd had some sort of fine metal fallout on the paintwork and they managed to get it off but there was never any hesitation about it being done as part of the anti corrosion warranty!

What a terrible service - don't know the dealership personally but it's worth a go!

porsche glasgow said the job was too small for them! also they said porsche uk didn't usually fix corrosion on cars over 4 years old!
can anybody give me porsche uk's email or address so i could send them pics, i'm not taking this shit,no way. If i have to i will be onto trading standards.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated, thanx.
