Whichever way you look at it though, OPC are likely to be the most expensive for a car that age.
Challenge Motor company in Cheltenham have looked after VW & Audis for me for years. Can't fault them. They also specialise in Porsche, so worth asking them for a quote.
Cheers,
Bryan
The remainder is the difference between part prices and the actual parts replaced. OEM parts will be a third cheaper, possibly more. Pattern parts are cheaper still. Not all indies will replace calipers bolts, dampener plates and fitting kits. A main dealer has to - Porsche law!
We tend to do calipers bolts, dampener plates and just inspect fitting kits. FWIW we charge about £450inc without fitting kits.

along with the brake fluid change, and bulbs to rear the total labour has been £100. Remember that this is just a car it does not have to go to a so called Indie or Porsche. We are at the stage where b ll is baffling brains. Next the drivers window will not deflect on opening so this will be tacked at a lot less than £374 quoted.
Lets attract more 986 Boxters to the club and support them because its not happening at the moment

I will probably do them myself going forward - my son could change the pads on my 944T when he was 8 so they can't be that hard....
