R19 has five members going to this event so far and I've just had an e-mail from the organiser to say that there aren't many places left.

Essentially it's an opportunity to park up in some lovely surroudings, have a picnic and look at some fantastic cars. Plus, most importantly, the entry fee (£43, all for charirty) gets you two runs up the hill with more runs available at £5 each. It's a great way to get your car onto an actual motorsport course (and go as fast or slow as you like) without the expense or anxiety of a trackday.

There's a pic of me on the hill at last years event in the 968 section of the November 09 edition of PP if you need a flavour.

If any R19ers would like an entry form please drop me a line at james.mahoney1@hotmail.co.uk

Cotswold Rally

R19 also has a group going to the Cotswold Rally but Geoff Ives is your man for entry forms for that one.

Cheers

James
