A little help.

1. The CD in my navigation unit 'is upside down' - the nav unit has been working fine, but recently the CD is not being read. Ive tried cleaning it, but the message on screen suggests its upside down... Any thoughts (I hope its not a replacement job)

2. Finally got around to programming my keys - i'm 6ft and Mrs C is 5ft 1. He key works just fine moving seats etc etc to her desired position. But my key cant be programmed so i am using the buttons instead. A minor one but I wondered if there was a solution.

thanks!!

1. Is it just the map CD - does it read (original) audio CDs? If it is just the map CD which isn't reading, try making a copy using a PC, and burn the copy to a good quality CD-R at the slowest speed you can. Ideally use a CD burning program, rather than the Windows one. If it won't read anything, then I suspect the drive/laser unit is faulty. This might help: https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=849701

2. I can't help much with this, as I have never had memory seats. Presumably you have followed the instruction in the manual to the letter, as you have one key working as it should. The alarm unit recognises the key used to unlock the car, and uses the appropriate memory in the seat control module to set the seat position. I can't understand why it would program and recognise one key and not the other.
