Nick,

Good to keep meeting up yesterday, another great day at Oulton. Some good racing and good company, thanks
to all yesterday.

Rick good to meet the 'Godfather' of 951 tuning too![;)]

Peter, great day and nice to put some faces to forum names[:)]

We never did get round to discussing our breakfast meets...[8|]

[:D][:D]

Any suggestions for sources of mechanical boost gauges and someone who can dial out the understeer under power?[:)]

Nick,
Speak to Chris Franklin at Center Gravity (sic) regarding understeer etc.
Peter had his car done there the day before the RS day at Oulton in March so he'll be able to tell you how good Chris is.

Cheers,

Boost gagues - VDO are the nearest to stock - try these people

As for understeer - have you had an alignment done? I have to say my car is very neutral in normal driving.
I think the 944 is a bit prone to early corner understeer on a track & I try & keep on the brakes well into a bend. Anything will understeer out of a corner if you get on with too much power too soon [:D] email me if you want my settings (car was set up by Autofarm & the PO who was / is an experienced sprinter )

Nick,

For setting your car up Chris at Center Gravity is very good, a true enthusiast and clever with suspension set up to boot.
