Coventry Transport Museum has recently completed a £9.5 Million refurbishment and is now fully reopen exhibiting their excellent selection of vehicles. For some time members have asked for a regional visit to be arranged and as requested we have organised a visit on Sunday 25th September 2016. On the day we plan to arrive at the museum at 11am and meet our guide who will show us around the exhibition. The entrance to the museum is free but the guide will cost £5 per person which is payable on the day.
Coventry Transport Museum houses the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles in the world and tells the fascinating story of Coventry and its people through the rise and fall of its biggest industry. You can get more detailed information about Coventry motor museum from there website. http://www.transport-museum.com/
We will be able to park our cars on the plaza outside the front entrance to the museum.

We hope you can join us on this interesting and what will definitely be an informative visit to the Coventry transport museum.
So we can gauge numbers for the visit please let us know if you plan to attend by e-mailing r21@porscheclubgb.com or signing up on the Forum below.

There has been very little interest in this visit so we have no option but to cancel it. Apologies to anyone who was looking forward to this trip but it would appear that it does not interest the majority of the Region's members.

We may consider running it again next year to see if there is more support for it then.
