A message to all members from the COG

January 2022 Covid precautions

In the interests of the health of all our members we ask everyone coming to any R7 PCGB event to comply with the following:

Please do not come to an R7 PCGB event unless you have no symptoms whatsoever and have had a negative Lateral Flow Test. The test should be done as close as possible to the timing of the event, and in any case no more than six hours before the event.

If you have ANY cold symptoms, even if you have a negative lateral flow test result, please do not come to the event. More than three-quarters of "colds” actually turn out to be Covid at the present time.

We thank you for your co-operation in this.

The R7 COG.

Due to these additional restrictions, Sally & I will no longer be able to attend. As we both have a cold.
