Crank pulley help needed

I went to change the water pump but I can not remove the 24mm nut from the centre of the steering pump drive pulley on the crank.

I put a large wrench on the pulley (v-belt type) to hold it but the bolt would not move.

Is the 24mm crank bolt a L/H thread ?

Where can I get a flywheel lock from?
