Crankshafts

Ok, so it looks a bit lonely down here. But I'm going to post anyway. My 911 is broken, and I need some help and advice. I have a 911 3.2 Carrera, 1987. It is at the moment in a state of total engine teardown, and the reason is the crank has failed, and stripped all the bearings, this is the second time in twelve months, first time it was only number 3 bearing, I had the crank machined and sorted, and put it back in, rebuilt, and it ran for 500 miles, before failing again. Now all the bearings have gone, and I need a new crank, any suggestions as to where I can get one, and does anyone know of any reason why it should have failed again, we were meticulous in the rebuild, everything was spotless. I had new oil pump, oil lines, sensors, bearings, etc, started and oil pressure was fine, but then after a couple of hundred miles, it started with a tappet type sound, and then the failure. Could I have missed something? There was nothing obvious in the strip down. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly received. Thanks in anticipapation. Scott - Llandudno.
