Creating pops and bangs on overrun ! Can it be mapped in ?

odd question i know. But does anyone know of a way of doing this? I would guess it could be mapped in? I wouldn't want to change the exhaust to create this and it would need to be switchable for noise tests at trackdays. Am I correct in thinking these ecu's are flash-able?
