Update on Hotel Booking terms.
The rooms at Murray Park and Peebles were held as R7 Priority Booking until the 18th December 2023. The hotels then released the rooms as per normal, for public booking. The R7 Price per room will stay as published until the 15th April 24.
Members wishing to book an R7 Priority booking, are requested to book before the 18th December, after that it will be first come first served as per normal hotel booking.
To date we now have 10 confirmed bookings.
We have visited this location and propose to stay at the Murray Park Hotel which is a small hotel of 21 rooms adjacent to the Hydro and owned by the same group.
This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Spa.
The hotel has good private parking.
The Hydro facilities are available for use upon pre booking.
We have arranged 2 x single occupancy double rooms at £165.00 per night B&B and 18 x Double occupancy Double rooms at £175.00 B&B.
We appreciate that some members may wish to break the journey, and we have been advised the hotel group have a hotel at Peebles at a cost of:-
2 x Single occupancy double rooms at £145.00 B&B
18 x Double occupancy double rooms at £155.00 B&B.
These rooms are available on Sunday 23rd June and Friday 28th June.
We appreciate that members may wish to make alternative arrangements to and from the event location.

To book a room at Crieff and Peebles, please contact the Hotel Group Events Team on 01764 655555.
We have requested that the hotel reserve seating for us for dinner on the Monday and Thursday evenings.
Please let me know any dietary requests so that we can inform the hotel. The hotel has access for mobility problems.
We are in the process of arranging a visit to Scone Palace provisionally on the 26th with a tour of the Palace, refreshments and dedicated parking in front of the Palace for photographs. Costs to be advised.
We are also looking at a visit to the Royal Yacht Britannia at Leith. Unfortunately, work on the quay side will preclude parking for a photo shoot but a tour may be arranged if enough members are interested, again costs to be advised.
Please let me know when you have booked Murray Park and Peebles.
