Cruise control stalk fitting in NW?

Hi guys,
where can i get the cruise stalk fitted near me in Preston? Its the only thing my car doesnt have!
How much can i expect to pay ?

Hi Rickster,
Check out Tony at Wrighttune in wallingford ( Oxford) M40 he is the only one I know off ,obviously its bit of a punt from Preston but work in a trip thats what I am going to do, he charges £350 plus VAT which including fitting (3hrs) on your car very similar to mine, (2004 atlas grey) with stalk, he might be able to supply only ? but take a look or call him.if you get no luck elsewhere.

£500 all in from OPC Silverstone, so your local OPC should be a bit cheaper

You could try Hartech in Bolton, or Ninemeister in Warrington.

OPCs will do 987 and 997 Cruise retrofits, but not 986 and 996. They will probably tell you it isn't possible - mainly because they don't know how, as it isn't in the book.

wow lots of reading, 5 years and still going!

Dont really fancy taking off steering wheel myself, i dont have the patienec or will probably scratch the dash or set off the airbag!

Will try Hartech but i think they can be pretty busy.... at least it should be easy for someone who has done it before being the egas version....
