Cruise control

It's relatively cheap and easy to add cruise control, something which should be a standard fitment on a so-called premium car in my opinion. The wiring is pre-prepared to accept it but it needs to be activated via the diagnostics, so if it's not done by a Dealer you'll need to find a Porsche Independent who is capable of performing the activation process.
It's probably worth phoning around to get an idea about price, but Dan's figure is probably about right.
Enjoy the new car.

Sorry little late to this post...that’s seems little high to me...I had it fitted to my 718 (showroom car no idea why the dealer didn’t option it or why it isn’t standard on a £60k cat!) for £450.ZBZGTS said:FYI local Porsche Centre has quoted £570 inc VAT and installation and assembly.
its listed one the accessories section on the Porsche UK website for £500 I think on the current 718, don’t know why it would be different on the 981.
Can I suggest 1) make sure you tell them you are a PCGB member and it should be discounted 10% 2) make sure they aren’t ordering unnecessary parts, 1st quote I got was fin the apprentice who was pricing in new steering column casings that weren’t necessary!
