Have had an enquiry from a French Cup Car owner for the following bits. Any idea of sources?
  1. Original '91 door cards; early door pull handles and plastic 'tunnel' for strap;
  2. External round electric cut off;
  3. Internal hood/trunk pull.

Melv,

not too many ideas yet, but the early door pulls are made of black plastic. I had mine reproduced by a local guy who had the right material. It was easy and cheap, he also reinforced them so that they last until today. The RS door pulls are very different from the first Cup car door pulls. In case you need a sample, let me know.

The external electric cut off was a standard part, normally you can get it from isa racing in Germany. www.isa-racing.de I have the original part somewhere here.

The rest should be available by Porsche original for big loads of money, another source could be Freisinger Motorsport in Karlsruhe.

The door cards of the early cars were modified piece by piece due to the roll cage. So I don´t think one can buy some ready to bolt on.

Rgds,

BTW, haven't forgotten the additional stickers -have to have some made up for my car so will add your outstanding ones into order.
