Cup Wheel Values

I have a set of of 993 16" 1993 design Cups and a set of 16" 968 slim Cups which Im considering selling. The 968 wheels are 7" ET55 & 8" ET52 (part numbers 944.362.114.00 & 944.362.116.00) and have well worn but legal Goodyears. The 993 Cups are 7" ET55 & 9" ET70 (part numbers 993.362.114.00 & 993.362.118.01), no tyres and they have just been bead blasted and powder coated: theyre smart but I wouldnt fit them as best wheels on a clean 993. The offsets on both sets are suitable for any series two 944 and the 9" rims would not require a rolled arch.

Id be interested to hear people opinions on their value.

This certainly isnt an advert btw. They arent available now and Im far from sure whether Im selling either set.

You don't want 4x 7" fronts by any chance [:D] . This wheel only really seems to be popular with racers, I have 3 sets now and swapped the best silver 4 onto my 968 at the weekend. The other 2 sets will give me 4x 8" wheels for the race car but I am tempted to use the 7" wheels as winter wheels.

BTW I paid 400 quid for the last set fairly recently that had been repainted, Kevin Eacock seemed to think this was a good price, and for me ideal as they came with 4x nearly new Yoko AVS which will go on the 968 when the current Hankook RS-2's wear out.

...and what of the 1993 Cups, I wonder?

These (6x17 993s) are what I'm running on the 924S track sl4g. From a well known flowery Porsche specialist, they were £80 a wheel a while back. Really suit the 924, but hey, I would say that.
