D&G North Shields

I visited D&G Porsche specialists in North Shields today. They were going to replace a brake pipe that was shown as a advisory at my last Mot which was done in September. I was quoted £336 pounds by the dealer.

2 hours after dropping off my car at D&G I received a phone to tell me it was only flakey paint that only needed rubbing down and repainted. They did the other pipe and gave me a free health check and proceeded to charge me nothing for the work.

Fantastic service and so unexpected. They will get my business in the future. Thank you D&G.

On a lighter note, Janice and I want to wish all our friends in R3 a very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

I have also called into D&G a few times since becoming a Porsche owner and found them to be very helpful.

The last time was for an oil service due message coming up on the dashboard which D&G reset for me without charge. They also deduced that the software interval for my oil service message appears to be set at 12 months instead of being 24 months in line with the major/intermediate service intervals.

But come service time, I too will be taking my car to them.

D&G (Dean and Gary) have done all our work since buying the Boxster in late 2016......gearbox oil, servicing, Zunsport front mesh to protect the new condensers etc.

The guys seem to look after the cars well and the service is great......no complaints here!

Dean and Gary probably have more combined experience at their workshop with Porsche than the local OPC. They've been guardian angels to all of my cars since they set up. I can't recommend them highly enough.
