DAB logos disappeared

When I used to select DAB I got a screen full of logo pictures I could scroll left and right and select from, but now I just get a row of empty black boxes with just one (bbc wiltshire) showing a logo picture.
the logo pictures still show on the list view but not the larger scroll sideways view.

I've done nothing, changed nothing, all audio working, DAB still receiving and playing, other pictures for audio working, just those DAB station pics gone ?

I'm thinking that the station isn't broadcasting them or the station IDs they broadcast have maybe changed - has anyone else seen this on their macan (mine is a 2017)?

Maybe its fluctuating signal strength as the weather conditions can influence DAB signals. It may improve with the rising pressure forecast for this coming weekend.

Clive

I had exactly the same problem last week. I left it a couple of days and checked various location to try service receptions, but no change.

I managed to get them back by resetting the DAB , using the ‘Option’ button when the tuner is set to a DAB station, the selecting/deselecting the button displays and images which can be accessed by scrolling down to the bottom of the menu.

Good Luck

Same thing also happened to my Macan last week, also seemed to be all the BBC ones. I re saved them, and all good so far. I don’t see how it could be to do with fluctuating signal strength as it was all the stations that were not in use, that disappeared.

thanks everyone - sounds exactly right as my problem was mainly BBC stations too - I will try the reset suggested.

ok, tried that and the 'turn off image database' and turn back on didn't work for me - but re-storing each missing station did!
thanks for the help everyone - all good now.

Pleased its now sorted Richard, strange how we both had problems last week.

Thanks everyone. I had the same issue in my 2018 Macan GTS last week. Those stations that had DAB logos (mostly BBC) have been restored in the same way that Richard did his. Looks such better again.

indeed strange david, given there's three of us affected here with different model-year cars. Suggests to me BBC broadcasting some duff station data and then fixing it on the quiet maybe.
