Need the numbers for booking food,

please post or email me please.

also - without starting a huge debate, a few members have mentioned going back to Hawes Inn, (interested in hearing what peoples thoughts are but no change planned at present)

regards
Scott.

Scott,

I'll be there and eating too.

Bill

Re Hawes or Dakota, don't mind so long as the food and company are good.

Hi Scott, I will be there, not eating though.

As for the Hawes, I don't mind where the meeting is, the food suits me better at the Hawes, but the parking is not quite so good there.

Just my thoughts on it.

Hawes.....food was better value and I don't think they charged ÂŁ8 for a glass of vino!!![:)]

If you got there early you got a space in the car park otherwise you were over the road admiring the lovely sea views. I never found parking a problem though. Would be nice to have a wee change??

Kx

PS I'll be at dakota, not eating though.

Hawes defo better value. Always thought the Hawes had
A better choice of food. Drink also very much more affordable.
Cheers Al

Off ski-ing so will miss Thursday. We do like the Dakota and I am sure my other half will not chauffer me home from the Hawes.

We like the food at Dakota but not so impressed with the previous venue.

I guess it is the fact we meet at the Dakota that Shauna joins us.

From memory the Hawes tried to overcharge some people a few times on the dinks and the staff where not over friendly.
I agree the food is better value ,but not ideal for meetings purely social I will go with the majority ..wonder if those two trannies still go along [:D][:D][:D]

Were they club members Brian?[:D]

Whats the pc tranny term ,cross dresser? How does that work if you are not cross....

Does just wearing the wife's knickers now and again count

If so we have a few members that could be cds [8D]

Hawes was ok, but parking on a nice summers night was a nightmare....food ok for price - staff (particularly manageress) unbearably rude and accused members of leaving without paying for meals - which was absolutely incorrect as I know what happened but she didn't want to listen that she simply had it wrong.

Crammond Brig?

McDonalds car park ?

We could all wear shell suits with white trainers and baseball caps with the peak at a 90 degree angle to our heads. We could also race our cars with the better, faster more expensive (due to all the ad ons) citreon saxo's and vauxhall corsa's?

Failing that what about north Queensferry ?

...accused members of leaving without paying for meals...

Was that the time when Claire and I were visiting, and were suddenly presented with the bill for about 12 people just as you had all legged it out the door? [:D]
