As for the Hawes, I don't mind where the meeting is, the food suits me better at the Hawes, but the parking is not quite so good there.
Just my thoughts on it.

If you got there early you got a space in the car park otherwise you were over the road admiring the lovely sea views. I never found parking a problem though. Would be nice to have a wee change??
Kx
PS I'll be at dakota, not eating though.
A better choice of food. Drink also very much more affordable.
Cheers Al

From memory the Hawes tried to overcharge some people a few times on the dinks and the staff where not over friendly.
I agree the food is better value ,but not ideal for meetings purely social I will go with the majority ..wonder if those two trannies still go along [][][]
Were they club members Brian?[]

We could all wear shell suits with white trainers and baseball caps with the peak at a 90 degree angle to our heads. We could also race our cars with the better, faster more expensive (due to all the ad ons) citreon saxo's and vauxhall corsa's?
Failing that what about north Queensferry ?

...accused members of leaving without paying for meals...
Was that the time when Claire and I were visiting, and were suddenly presented with the bill for about 12 people just as you had all legged it out the door? []
