I had the Litronics go out on me three times tonight. Twice on selecting full beam (at 70 mph - entertaining, glad I just had the brakes done!) and once testing in the drive when the headlight switch wouldn't trigger them properly. It applies to both lights. Anyone have any ideas?

Answers on a postcard please......

Blimey! Scary stuff! I assume that both lights go out when you select main beam. There aren't any relays on the headlights, so I can only guess that it is a bad contact on the stalk, or (possibly) on the light switch itself.

Correct, Richard. Both lights. I'll have an experiment during the week and see if I can work out which switch is causing the problem. I presume there's not likely to be an issue with the lights themselves.

I think it's unlikely to be a problem with the lights themselves. If it was just one, perhaps - but not both. If you need the wiring diagram, let me know.
