dash board rattle

2004 CAYENNE TIPTRONIC Hi! We are suddenly experiencing a rattle in the dashboard. It is there when in motion and worse when on some of our terrible roads. Its on the drivers side. Sounds like plastic or aluminium. would be most grateful for any suggestions ,other than just turning up the Radio.! John
