Can anyone out there tell me what glue is used to stick the Al panel onto the dash board? And from whence I can procure it?

i used a spray on Heavy duty adhesive from B&Q on my car and its worked brilliantly. also sticks fabric without soaking through.
 
Evo stick would have been what was available in the factory as this was common on cars of the time..

Clean both surfaces and then apply on both the part and the area of placing and WAIT!!!! for it start to go tacky and then place the time lift off a little and then press in place..

The spray glues are OK I use them all the time but they just don't have the sticking power as they are sprayed very tin..

Why do i know all this I run a soft furnishing company use the stuff all the time..[;)]
