Dash cam fitting...switched live?

Hello. Want to fit a dashcam to my 2005 987 Boxster S. Tried fereting round the fuse box but they all appear to be live all the time.
Accessory & lighter socket appear to stay live with ignition off. Is there room to fit a "piggy-back" fuse in the fuse box??
Can someone advise where to power it from?
Don't really want to start pulling fuses randomly from the fuse box incase it throws up error codes!

I've picked up an ignition feed from the fuse box by the drivers right. I used a male spade terminal plugged into an empty fuse location with an inline fuse.

Not that elegant but avoids cutting / splicing any cables

Can send a pic later

Thanks, which empty fuse location did you use? Picture would be great.

Right, managed to find a switched live circuit....row C in the fuse box is live when ignition on/engine running.

Hi. I am the proud owner of a Boxster this Christma. I have the same year and model that you are asking about fitting a camera.
How did you get on? Have you fitted it yet? If so would you kindly send pics of how it looked installed and how the wiring was connected to the fuse box and camera.
Thanks Edward
