dead computer

Went to the car last week and found a totally dead battery after leaving boot lid open. I trickle charged it for a couple of days and everything is fine apart from the multi function computer which is as dead as the proverbial dodo!
Does anyone know if there is a fuse for this or a reset button?
Off to Switzerland in it tomorrow so any ideas would be appreciated!
