I have had my gen 2 c4s since May this yera and have held off giving any dealer feed back untill I have used them a couple of times so that being the case I thought I would just give a bit of feed back on Sheffield OPC.
Sales - Kevin has been brilliant, a thoroughly nice chap and the sort of bloke you could easily have a few beers and a laugh with and not be short of things to chat about, he knew all about the car too which Im sure many on here have gone into dealers and found that they know more about the car than the sales guy. Patient, professional and nice bloke. i got an excellent deal on the car I purchased.
Service - Mark again has been great, I had a problem that was probably more me than the car and he remained calm, humored me and resolved the issue. The second time I walked in he had bothered to remember my name. every time I took the car in all the paper work was ready and just needed a couple of signatures and I was away in contrast the BMW garage I use took 20 minutes to complete the booking in proccedure when I took the car in for a service recently. Just had my car in for pse and when I arrived last night the car had been cleaned inside and out with no swirl marks which after using other non Porsche dealers in the past is a bonus.
The PSE is great, not too loud or in your face but just exactly how a car like this should sound. The wife says it makes a racket when I back it into the garage so it must be good. At 6.30 this morning it did sound quite loud. [
