This year we are proposing that the December club nights be a bit more "fluid" than normal..

[FONT=arial"]On the 5th we will have the Glasgow Club Night at the Sherbrooke Castle Hotel, but we are suggesting making this a night of some lubrication "" so please leave your car and have a social drink with the club members. Usual start time of 8pm. If you wish to get together and share taxis please let me know and I will attempt to arrange members who live locally to each other to either designate a driver or share a taxi. [FONT=arial"]
[FONT=arial"]Thursday 7th December "" Edinburgh Club Night "" Leave your car at home [FONT=arial"]In a similar vein to the Glasgow night we are suggesting a social drink (or two). As is becoming traditional at the Edinburgh nights we intend to have a meal beforehand and have provisionally booked a table. If you wish a place at the table please contact me as soon as possible in order to ensure there is space for everyone. Times are 7.30pm for those who are eating or 8pm for those going straight for the good stuff (beer that is, not pies as my helpful RO Kenny would suggest). For those travelling from slightly farther afield the Hawes Inn itself has some rooms which seem to be very cheap (£30!) if you wish to really get into the Christmas season. If you are staying overnight you could join us in travelling straight up to the Christmas Weekend on the 8th and 9th and make it a 3-night spectacular.
