Was checking out the Cayennes (again) today at my OPC. More I look at it, and the various specs and options, the more I like it. Interior and driving position is suberb. Turbo must be awesome, but actually found the Diesel more desirable for 'real world' use and ownership.

How long did it take from start of build to collection? I asume it was a factory collection. I have one on order but have been told November build.

I ordered the car in February 2010. Completed the specification on May 29 & collected the car from the UK dealer on July 30. I'm no expert in car construction but there must be a cost effective system in completing cars in batches ... ie turbos at one time, RHD's at another time etc I've driven 300 miles from SW France to Paris today & the Cayenne was amazing ! Worth your wait & enjoy !
