Hi,

Got this installed today. Works with my wife's nano fine, problematic with my ipod photo, so I am going to do a restore on my ipod and see if that helps. But anybody out there have success with the Gateway 500 menu system? To get to the menu you need to select disc #6 , ok so far, and I can scroll in a menu, but I am having trouble selecting a menu item, manual says use the seek forward key (>>) which I believe is 5 on the keypad, but it doesn't seem to work?? Any ideas?

Interesting....I have the Icelink and CDC-4 sat on my desk waiting for me to fit them to my 2003 with CDR-23. Maybe I should wait unit you iron out the problems you appear to have before proceeding or just sell them and go for some modern 2 din sat nav system with built in iPod link?

Richard - Thanks for information. Turned out when I did a full restore of my ipod, everything started to work. Note my ipod was at the latest
revision. So if your ipod won't content to the Gateway 500 and it is a supported model, try a full restore. This will wipe your ipod
clean, if you are like me with 90% full 40GB ipod, it will take a couple of hours to reload it. Make sure, your ipod is connected to
a power source when you do the reload.

David - The sound from the system is great. It has a reasonable nice interface to the PCM, but the user interface is somewhat clunky. I don't
know whether this is down to the Dension programmers or limitations of the MOST system. You use the search buttons as your
main navigation aid. It may take some time to get use to it, but it is great to have access to all my music on the road now.
