Can anyone recommend a competent dent removal specialist in West Yorkshire? I've just finished a marathon cleaning session on my nearly new Golf GTD and discovered a 'ding' in the driver's door. Didn't notice it when I collected the car last Saturday but I know I haven't done it myself. Now all I see when I look at that side of the car is the ding!

Take it back to where you bought it, assuming its a dealer. Stand there with your bottom lip quivering and ask them to sort it- they will have their own tame dent man. You might just get it done for nowt.[] I had two done on the merc and one on the 911 a few months ago. It took 45 mins to do all three and I got charged £80. Not a bad rate of pay if you ask me!!!

Thanks chaps! Think i might try the JCT man first as I bought the car in Loughborough so it will cost me time and fuel to take it back there although I appreciate the sentiments, Chris!

There's a fantastic bodyshop in Halifax run by Stuart Griffifths, my Dad won't take his Boxster anywhere else (he has every tiny little scratch removed, very fussy!). His Golf R32 was hit by a flying ladder on the M62 (brown trouser moment) which left a dent where the roof meets the windscreen, an awkward place to repair but Griff did a fantastic job. If you want the best, he's the man.

Thanks again. Will give him a call tomorrow.
I got in touch with Stuart and he recommended Charlie at Dent Devils. He sorted it out in half an hour this morning and did a great job. I have his number if anyone needs it in future.
