Deposit paid on my new car!!!

Hi all

As you may know, I have been looing for a while for the right 996 TT. I am happy to confirm that I have now placed a deposit on the chosen car, and will soon be a fully fledged member of the over-priced-beetle club :)

Will provide further details once it is actually mine, but it is a manual 2002 plate

Yup - picked her up last week! Very very pleased with her! Just getting used to her now - the whole thing is great on the whole!

I just wish those that be in Porsche had equipped the 996 with a tilt adjust steering wheel!!! I am really too tall for these cars! LOL
 
Roll on the good weather... then you can really see what these great cars are all about.

It might be worth popping in to see a good Independent as they may have a trick or two to make things more comfortable? I'm sure i've read tales of reducing the height of standard seats by modifying the runners etc.
