Did i get decent VFM?

I just picked up a 2007-07 997 Turbo for £92,750.
I haven't driven it much yet but it is amazingly quick.
It has 9,800 miles on it, one owner.
 
Normal 997 turbo spec, including heated seats, park assist, Bose surround sound system, CED autochanger, stainless door entry guards, etc.

Go to the online configurator from the Porsche site, put in all your options (note this is MY08 prices so about 2.3% higher than MY07) then take off £9,800 for your mileage (£1000 per 1000 miles or 1 month for the first year).

Note, this is then what the person who traded it into the OPC probably got back for it, so then add a few 1000 for margin.

Other option is to go to the UK Porsche site again and go through the used cars they have listed to compare. £92k is one of the cheapest 997 Turbos I have seen though, so from my perspective yes you probably got a good deal [;)]
 
Also, I assume from you alias that the car is yellow.

Yellow is not a great colour for resale (the market for non-black/silver/grey cars is smaller) so this would have also probably helped lower the price for you.

07 is the plate not the month! It is a March 2007.

It seems i got fantastic value, having looked just now at secondhand prices for the 997 turbo.

Porsche Liverpool reckon the car should have been £10,000 more, so a good deal indeed. I am really pleased with the car.
I considered a Cayman S, but they just aren't the real deal for me. Nice as they are, naturally.
 
Are you sure about the history of the car?

Perhaps it was in a nasty crash, or they had to replace something major due to a fault.

It does seem a little too good to be true...
 
maybe they are coming down and my savings will get there sooner[:D]

or they may be some other reason............???????????????????
 
'Porsche Liverpool'? I didn't realise there was such an OPC. I'm in Liverpool most weeks and didn't realise there was an OPC in Liverpool! Has anyone got an adress?

I usually pop into PC Kendal but Liverpool would be ideal for me...
