Hi It wasn't me but how do you adjust the speed at which it rises, is this a dealer modification? Trevor

Its more that when you're posting a video on Youtube that anyone can see you don't really want people to think you might be speeding ;)

ORIGINAL: CaymanWirral Are you on the Cayman Register? Alun
The Cayman Register is run by Buddy (Kevan) on here. He is trying to put the Cayman more in the spotlight organising runs, meets and trips. It also enables members like ourselves to organise runs or meets and socialise. Are you a member of Porsche Club GB? Alun

Hi Giff, I had wondered if you were a PCGB Member, this is the Cayman forum on the larger PCGB forum, you can go to a regional meet and ask the Regional Organiser for a form or call/email the membership office and they can send you one, it may well be possible to join over the phone. Many advantages of being a member 10% usually off the OPC prices on parts, things organised through the club such a group trips to almost anything Porsche related and a few other things, some social activities, plus of course meeting some fantastically fanatical people and you thought you were the only one! Wrong, there are plenty of us!! Once you are a member the club office will assign you to the register if they don't, there is a register form in the FAQ section of the Cayman forum. Anything you wish to ask get in touch or if I don't respond d*** quick, someone will! [:D][:D]

Trevor, the rear spoiler extends automatically at speeds over 75mph (120kph) and retracts when the speed drops below about 50mph (80kph), but as far as I'm aware it's not programmable. Of course, you can always extend it manually at any speed below 75mph if you wish. Jeff

the membership pays for itself in OPC discount, plus the community is pretty good! I joined PCGB, mainly for access to trackdays but have been on a few R2 events and hopefully more when workload eases up. All these have made some nice bonuses to being a member! And even if I (dare I say it) move to another marque will prob keep membership going.
