Hi,
I took my 2s out the other day and to my horror, the gearleaver seemed to kick back in my hand between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 4th.
The gears didn't crunch, but there was a deffinite resistance to change. It almost felt like the synchro was resisting the change.
The car was cold at this point and as it got warm the problem went away.
The car's topped up with the right oil (just had a service) and seems to be running fine otherwise.
The only other thing is that it hadn't been run for a week or so.
Is this 'standard' or should I be getting it checked out.
Cheers,
Chris Waite
